ICAS - International Center for Achiever Skill was incorporated in the year 2007. We are extensively growing into a one – stop shop for Human Resource, related solutions. ICAS is headquartered in India and is aiming at opening offices worldwide, in times to come. We look at continuous improvement and hence our model suits a lot of clients. We are already working with a wide array of clientele’, who are recognized globally for their area/ scale of operations. Our vast spectrum and end-to-end service offering, has helped us become a preferred partner to these clients.

ICAS wants to be recognized as a world-class provider of “Human Resources & Training and Development services”. We envision assisting our partners “achieve” with the aid of our “skills”. ICAS true to its core meaning “International Center for Achievers Skills”, one day should become an International Center where People are trained and developed into “Achievers” and also strategically contribute to the overall staffing need of our partners.

At a more “Humane” level, we would want to “contribute towards the society” and help partner with relevant and approved institutions and organizations, towards eradicating poverty, child-labor, unemployment, etc.

b. Management Team

ICAS comprises of a well rounded and experienced team lead by Upneet Cheema, a young, dynamic MBA graduate from a Premier Business School. The team is qualified and competent in terms of academic excellence, corporate work exposure, which helps achieve that ever so vital equilibrium, which needs to be built and sustained at the individual – organization – market – society level.

ICAS works towards the holistic development of communities, societies, etc.
We aim to help disadvantaged and economically deprived communities achieve independence, in terms of both economic and social areas, helping build an integrated support system that provides education, healthcare, training and entrepreneurial mentoring by partnering with community based organizations and corporate houses.
We look at touching the lives of hundreds and thousands of adults and children, providing them with a platform to learn, grow and lead better lives.
